Not so great week...
After 3 phenomenal weeks, there was bound to be a slowdown. Although I still had a loss, it wasn't very impressive. I know I followed the program 100% this week so it must be a water weight issue. Here are this week's numbers...
Current Weight - 289.4
This week's loss - 0.2 lbs.
Average calories per day - 1988
Treadmill - 9.32 miles in 4 hrs. over 4 days
Exercise Bike - 5.44 miles in 40 min. over 1 day (average resistance 6-7)
Total calories burned this week according to Calories Per Hour - 2,108 in 4 hrs. 40 min.

A loss of over 28 lbs is just awesome!
Also take into account it's been what? three months?
so that's almost an average of 10 lbs per month.

Thank you for the encouraging words, Lynn. I'm not too bummed over the tiny loss, but it is a little bit disappointing. Really hoping to hit 30 lbs. gone next week!!

Look at your own words...3 phenomenal weeks. That's GOTTA make you happy when you read them over and over. Don't worry hon, this is just a temporary thing. You'll have many MORE phenomenal weeks before you reach the finish line and run right through that tape at the end.
Just keep on running...you have a lot of people who will give you a drink along the way.
