After reading other weight loss blogs, I figured I should jump on the blogwagon too. :-) I started my current diet February 22, 2006 and I'm now on day 43. My starting weight was 317.6 and my current weight, as of today, is 299.4 for a total loss of 18.2 lbs. It's so good to see the 200's on the scale! I count every single calorie and try to stay around 1800/day but sometimes I'm closer to 2000/day. I had very good results dieting like this before, but this time I'm going to keep the weight off.
